BOOKING:  

• Appointments fill up fairly quickly. I recommended booking your appointment as soon as possible in order to get a day/time you would like

• All appointments are booked online. 

• Choose the category " Vouchers Groupon" to book your appointment

• A valid credit card is required to book & hold your time. Your card is only charged if you fail to show up for your appointment ($35 fee) 

• Bring your voucher with you to your appointment

• 48 hr notice appreciated for all reschedules/cancellations. Standard cancellation policy applies.

 

NO CALL/NO SHOW-   

• You will be charged a $35 fee for the missed appointment

 

GRATUITY - Your voucher is not all inclusive. If you enjoyed your services at Deja Vu and would like to leave a tip for your therapist, please use CASH, Venmo, Zelle or credit card. Thank you  

 

VOUCHERS:

• You must present your Groupon voucher when you arrive for your appointment. It can either be printed or available to view on your phone.

• Your voucher MUST include the Barcode and Redemption Code number. Without  this you will be required to pay for the full amount of the session. No exceptions.  If I dont have this, I do not get paid

• Your Order number is NOT your voucher code

• Your Groupon Voucher is transferable which means if you are unable to use it, just give it to someone who can!

 

EXPIRED VOUCHERS ~ Your appointment type may not be available on the online scheduler if your voucher has expired.

• Please use your voucher... Groupon keeps the money if you do not use it!
